Viaja Tech sells digital content (video courses, ebooks, images and digital articles) through viajatech.xyz. By making a purchase you fully accept these terms and conditions.

License. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, share your account, or republish or reproduce the content elsewhere.

Delivery & access. Content unlocks automatically once your payment is confirmed and appears in "My library". Video courses are streamed inside the site with your account and are not downloadable. Ebooks, images, articles and software are downloadable for personal use. Access is subject to the site's technical availability.

Download window (downloadable content). For downloadable content (ebooks, images, articles and software) you have 20 minutes from the moment your purchase unlocks to download it. We recommend downloading it immediately and saving it to your device; doing so within that window is your responsibility. After the window we do not guarantee the download remains available. This does not apply to videos, which are provided by streaming only.

Content recovery. If a technical issue prevented you from downloading your content within the window, or a video won't play, we may send a download link to your email as a courtesy. To request it you must contact us through our social media (@viajatech) and provide the email you used to register and make the purchase. Content is sent only to that email: if you changed your email, we cannot send it. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us; we do not follow up proactively.

Availability & liability. We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but content is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages or failures of servers or providers, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, data breaches, data loss, or causes beyond our reasonable control (including third-party acts, infrastructure providers or force majeure). Should the service or content become unavailable for any of these reasons, the content may not be recoverable. Our total liability to you is limited to, at most, the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless stated otherwise.

Account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (account sharing, unauthorized download attempts, fraud or breach of these terms).

Changes. We may update these terms and prices at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page.
