Refund policy

Because this is digital content with immediate access, purchases are non-refundable once unlocked, except when:

· You were charged more than once for the same product.
· The content is substantially different from its description.
· A fault on our side prevented you from accessing your purchase and we were also unable to deliver it by another means.

Before any refund for download or access issues, the solution is to re-deliver your content. Remember that downloadable content must be downloaded within 20 minutes of purchase. If you couldn't, contact us through our social media (@viajatech) providing the email you used to register and make the purchase, and we will send a download link only to that email (if you changed your email, this won't be possible). It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to us.

For refund requests, email jettrendy@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by Stripe to your original payment method.
