Refund policy

Because this is digital content with immediate access, purchases are non-refundable once unlocked, except when:

· The content failed to unlock or cannot be played/downloaded due to a fault on our side.
· You were charged more than once for the same product.
· The content is substantially different from its description.

In any of those cases, email jettrendy@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase and we will refund you or fix the issue. Refunds are processed by Stripe to your original payment method.
